Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Handmade Items: Most of the items presented on our website are handmade. A special notice about the handmade nature and extended production time is provided on the product page.
    Due to the manufacturing process, delivery for handmade items can take 2-3 weeks or longer.
    Please check the specific product page and the shipping tab for detailed information before ordering.
  • In-Stock Items:
    • Domestic Shipping (Portugal Continental): Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days.
    • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days (depending on the country, the delivery time may vary).

    Please note that these delivery times apply to items in stock. For handmade items, the production process may extend the delivery time as described above.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination, and chosen shipping method. Any additional fees or taxes imposed by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Free shipping promotions may apply for orders exceeding a specific value. 6. Delays and Damaged Items
