- OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 CORDUROY — independently tested for harmful
  substances. Your dog sleeps with their face pressed into this fabric
  every night, so it's worth knowing what's in it.

- ONE-PIECE, FULLY REMOVABLE — the cover comes off as a single piece,
  including the base panel. Nothing stays behind on the mattress.

- HIDDEN HEAVY-DUTY ZIPPERS ALONG THE BASE — out of sight for a clean
  look, and out of reach underneath the bed.

- NON-SLIP, WATER-RESISTANT BASE — grips wood and tile so the bed
  stays where you put it, and the polyester base resists spills
  reaching the insert.

- MACHINE WASHABLE AT 30°C — wash it as often as you need to. A second
  cover means the bed is never out of service.

Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Wash separately or with like
colours. Do not bleach. Reshape while damp and air dry — avoid the
tumble dryer and direct heat, which can shrink corduroy.

Ceramic Bowls: Dishwasher-safe. Avoid harsh detergents and abrasive scrubbers. Do not expose to extreme temperature changes (e.g., from oven to cold water or freezer).

Pillows with Zippers: Remove covers and wash according to the label instructions. Non-zippered pillows are not machine washable. Water- and stain-resistant beds can be easily wiped with a damp cloth.

Leather Parts: Wipe off stains with a damp cloth. Regularly rub and lubricate the leather to maintain quality and durability. Do not machine wash.

Wool & Felt: Use a vacuum or lint roller to remove debris. Spot clean stains with a damp cloth. Hand and machine washing are not recommended to prevent shape loss.

Wooden & Jute Parts: Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid excessive moisture to preserve longevity.

Toys: Wash gently with warm soapy water. Do not machine wash.

Most of our items (except ceramic bowls) are made from natural, flammable materials — please keep them away from open flames, fireplaces, and other heat sources.

Our beds, houses, hammocks, and baskets are lovingly designed for indoor spaces. Using them outdoors might shorten their lifespan or affect their quality.

Storage Love

Keep products in a dry, airy spot. A bit too much sunshine might cause some fading or slight changes in shape over time.

Gentle Supervision

When offering your pet a new item — especially toys — we recommend keeping an eye on them at first, just to make sure everything goes smoothly. If anything gets worn or damaged, it’s best to swap it out to keep things safe.
