Meanwhile, we have our own production as well. Currently, we produce several product collections, but in the future, we plan to expand our manufacturing capacity to ensure the best quality and unique products for our beloved customers and their pets

Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?

We are based in Portugal, but we ship to other European countries and worldwide as well.

Delivery times vary based on location and product availability. Standard orders within Portugal typically arrive within 2-3 business days. In European countries, depending on the destination, delivery can take around 5-7 business days. If your order includes a handmade item, it will be shipped after the product is crafted.

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order. The final cost will be displayed at checkout.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Yes! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Custom-made items with personalization are non-refundable.

What if my order arrives damaged?
