Ceramic Bowls: Dishwasher-safe. Avoid harsh detergents and abrasive scrubbers. Do not expose to extreme temperature changes (e.g., from oven to cold water or freezer).

Pillows with Zippers: Remove covers and wash according to the label instructions. Non-zippered pillows are not machine washable. Water- and stain-resistant beds can be easily wiped with a damp cloth.

Leather Parts: Wipe off stains with a damp cloth. Regularly rub and lubricate the leather to maintain quality and durability. Do not machine wash.

Wool & Felt: Use a vacuum or lint roller to remove debris. Spot clean stains with a damp cloth. Hand and machine washing are not recommended to prevent shape loss.

Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?

We are based in Portugal, but we ship to other European countries and worldwide as well.

Delivery times vary based on location and product availability. Standard orders within Portugal typically arrive within 2-3 business days. In European countries, depending on the destination, delivery can take around 5-7 business days. If your order includes a handmade item, it will be shipped after the product is crafted.

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order. The final cost will be displayed at checkout.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Yes! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Custom-made items with personalization are non-refundable.
